...the world for a long time. He studied its systems, searched for its weaknesses, and waited for the right moment to strike. Then, from a hidden room filled with glowing screens, he finally broke in. One by one, the world's systems began to change. Something had gone terribly wrong.
At first, nobody noticed. A small glitch here. A strange error there. But the Decoder wasn't trying to steal information. He wanted something much bigger. He wanted to corrupt the entire system and bring it crashing down.
But there was something the Decoder didn't understand. The world wasn't just a machine. It was filled with people who had been created by the Programmer. And even as the Decoder worked in the shadows, people began making their own choices. They chose selfishness over love, lies over truth, anger over forgiveness, and their own way over the Programmer's way. The corruption was spreading, and humanity was becoming part of the problem.
The Bible tells us that sin entered God's good creation, and the enemy works to deceive and destroy. But we can't blame everything on the Decoder. We have all chosen to disobey God. The problem isn't just that the world is broken. We are broken by sin too. And if we are going to be rescued, we need someone who can do more than simply repair the system.
